NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

Orders shipped via USPS Express- Live Arrival Guarantee,  dead on arrival will be refunded for the cost of the beetle only not shipping. DOA's need to be reported 1 hour from delivery, with pictures. No other shipping method guarantees live arrival. While USPS priority is generally safe and DOAs are rare, I recommend express delivery. SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED IF WEATHER IS EXTREME.
